Hello all the would be moms, Hope the second trimester has brought you all relief from nausea, vomittings, bitterness in mouth and all other problems of first trimestser. For me, I still have bad nausea and vomittings. Since two days, I am just throwing up whatever I eat or drink. I am really tired of this and hoping to get relief. I am in my 15 week and still taking the medication for nausea. Anyone experiencing similar to this?
rachna replied. hi, everyone, i have just completed my 16 weeks, though the vomitting has substantially reduced, there is still constant bitterness in mouth, severe heart burn, burping, & at times I do throw up as well esp. in the evenings...I really don' t know how long this will persist, but hope that just as the vomiting has this will go away too in sometime Smita replied. Hey Pari ...It stays max by end of 16th week thats what my doctor said ....But for me off late I am feeling ok.I have stopped the medications very rarely I throw up ..though at times I that feeling of nausea .May be there are some food that are causing it ...YOu might try these..
1)Try to observe the diet you take ..and see if you feel bad after a particular food ...
2) Keep a bag of Dry fruits with you Raisins , Badams , walnuts etc ..Just munch them whenever you feel like .
3)Keep you hydrated ...drink juice /Water/Glucose water.
4)Don' t let your stomach go empty.

I know it so hard to go thru this phase ..everythings seems so wrong..I did not even feel like talking We get soo sick of it and expect by 2nd trimester it should go ..I do wish the best for you ..and hope that this goes away fast.

Don' t worry.. the vomitting/nausea will fade off very soon. I had vomitting till my 4th month end and now though I don' t have it in the day time...I have the feeling after 5 pm...but have very bad heartburns...This is my 2nd pregnancy and believe me..I had the same symptoms during my first one too...
