Hope u all doing fine.Well this is my 1st baby n i m in my 16th week.Sometimes i feel like crams n pain in my pelvic.Do u think its normal?sometime the pain is so much that i cant get up from bed,or chair,or so on. Do let me know wht u guys think it is? shd i talk 2 my doc abut it? sudha replied. its absolutly normal to have this pain and it starst in spurts at the onset of every trimester the reason being the foetus is growing at a rapid speed and the uterus need to accomadate it hence it too will increase ...and so will the pelvic area will acoomodate it henche this pain ..
donot take any painkillers as this is not a pathlogical disorder give in some hot compress andd ask someone to massage it very gently
also do u exercise ??? if not ask ur doc abt pelvic exercises....

Hi Vini ..I think you should talk to your doctor about it ...sometimes these pains are because our muscles are stretching as uterus expands ..I have sharp pains sometimes lower right side towards the off center side ...but its not very strong ..as in your case you said getting up from bed is also not possible ..that' s the reason you should talk to your doctor.
