Can any one please share their experiences with the following doctors DR. FIRUZA PARIKH and DR. MALPANI..
I am very very confused and will appreciate any sort of help.

I have already failed one IVF attempt. trying to try it once again. Can somebody refer a good IVF doctor. LAst time I tried it with Dr Kaberi Banerjee, Moolchand. Thanks in advance for responding. I' ve been married 9 years now and my daughter is 7.5 months old. I conceived by IVF at Dr Firuza' s clinic. Its been a long road and there have been many timed when we were ready to give up. In fact, we had decided that this would be our last attempt.. But a miracle happened and after a very difficult pregnancy my daughter was born. After trying many docs unsuccessfully I decided to go with Dr Firuza. She may come across as not very communicative, but she' s very sharp and remembers each case well. She also does all the procedures herself, something I had not found in the other clinics I went to. In fact. after my husband and I decided to come to Mumbai for IVF, I did a lot of research on all the docs, personally visited some of them before making my choice. My first attempt was a disaster.. I ended up with an ectopic pregnancy and had to undergo laparoscopy to delink one tube. I was successful thereafter. The clinic is crowded and its frustrating to wait, to say the least. I' ve seen a great many patients from abroad come in there. Dr Firuza may not always be available to answer your queries but the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had no idea you were from the US. Of course, things would be difficult to do from there and the docs need certain tests to be done from time to time. Dr Firuza sees a great many patients and is usually very busy, so i guess that could be a reason for her not responding.. Did you try contacting her on e-mail? I found her repsonses very prompt when I did. I hope you find the right doc.. thats half the battle won. Let me know if I can help in any way.. Good luck.

I can understand your confusion as I too was in a similar dilemna when we' d decided that IVf was our only option. I personally met both of these docs and decided to go with Dr Firuza, and now am blessed with a beautiful daughter! YOu may be initially turned off by the crowd in the clinic and the long waiting hours, but Dr Firuza is worth it! Thats only my opinion...You will find each person differing in their opinions because of their personal experiences
I would suggest you meet both of them and then base your choice on the vibes you get from each of them.. thats what I did. If you want my opinion.. then go for Dr Firuza.. she' s a really astute doc. She looks at each case painstakingly and decides on the best course...
