I have found there is too much corruption in India when it comes to adoption. You can get a child homeless and orphaned on the streets but if you take the legal route and go to an orphanage they will try to extract huge amounts of money from you. They will play with your emotions and will show you they have the upper hand. They do not have the childs interest at heart.

If you are in India and looking to adopt in India contact me I have some details about agencies that seem good. I myself am based in sydney. My route will not cost u money
