Name: sonia tahnx brother...but plz tell me one thing more...u forgot to tell about diet..i m vegetarian....can i use 2 cups of milk and 5,6 almonds daily 4 my healthy hairs...tell me some good diat.as i told u aal the problems i have...i have some over weight so i cant use some high fat diet....waitinggg
