Dear Vijay and others,

I have shoulder length hair and I have done step cut which looks nice when leave it lose...But I don't do it as people around me feel its clumpsy.

When I take head bath I lose so so so so much hair and I am worried of becoming bald very soon. I oil it over night before head bath and use good quality shampoo and stricly use conditioner without fail.

I have dandruff too.

Please suggest as to what I should do/eat....

I am a vegetarian and does't eat egg too.

sister u havent mention ur hair is which type i think its dry type so that like that
i think u cut more length
for dry hair oil is more imporatant to maintain ur body cool
apply oil 3 days once
use white vinegar process for dandruff

Hot oil therapy is another method to cure dandruff.
Massage hot oil into the scalp at bedtime. Next morning an hour before bath,
rub lemon juice mixed with cosmetic vinegar (mix 1:2 ratio) into the scalp.
Give the hair a good wash and egg shampoo
dont cut ur hair often cut will make keratin scarcity
