I have been married for past 1 yrs. Though i have a inferiority complex. His Sister i beautiful, Fair , have a good figure & Speaks english fluently. But as compared to her i can;t speak such fluently, so i don;t participate in their family group discussions. Look wise also i feel inferior.How can i improve my personality & my figure. Any suggestions? I am going into the depression because of lack of these qualities.

Here, u are mentioning about onlur face.What exactly it's? I can't go to Gym but can definitely go for a walk.
Someone was telling me about roop amrit. Is it really effective?

y r u thinking like that dear. be confident. everybody dosen't know everything and dosen't look same. so try to talk more and improve ur fluency in english. never ever thnk that ur inferior to anybody. really jaya, we all r created y the great loving God in his beauty. u r really a very valuable person. be confident.
if u want to mprove ur looks and figure, do excercises, go for walking half an hour. it'll also mprove ur health. for improving looks(facial) u can simply apply some tomato + curd. 2 or 3 times a weekand whenever u drink pre juices, put a little onlur face. it'll cange ur colour and give glow. its not a big deal. otherwise, u can go to beauty parlour once in a moth or so.


be confident happy. BECAUSE GOD CREATED US TO ENJOU THS LIFE AN DTO BE HAPPY ALWAYS. YES ALWAYS.
so move forward with great confidence.

Dear Jaya,
Please dont think that u are inferior and ur sis in law is beautiful.For an female inside beauty is inportant than outside.Be good at heart that is the most inportant thing.Atrtend function and be bold ,dont show any ineferrity complex on ur face,be confident.
To imorove ur figure u can go to GYM and look u can go to beaty parlour on a regular basis.
