Dear Archie,
It was a big relief to read ur reply.Thank u tons....
I m in my 29th week & this problem started when i was in 28th week.I appreciate ur suggestions....& will follow it religiously.
I hav to do the blood tests again for the biochemistry of blood & bile acids.
I had an ECG done today coz i hav shortness of breath at times & it showed tachycardia(heart beating a little more faster than usual)so hav to do T4 & TSH thyroid tests now.
I will keep u updated after i get all the results.

It's always pleasure to help you.
Will lookforward to know updates.
Do not worry much on breathlessness. This is one common concern of third trimester. Being pregnant with twins will cause you short of breath more often than with singlets.
I wish you best for T4 and TSH analysis.
