Hi Girls, How are you all feeling. I have entered in my 15 week today and just waiting to get rid of my nausea. Though it is better than before but still have too many food aversions and less craving. I crave for spicy food. I am not taking a perfect diet - as I should be taking because of aversions nad nausea but still trying to take as much nutritious food as possible. Please go through my diet, and suggest me if I can modify to make it better. I would appreciate if you all also share your respective diet plan....
Morning 7.30 - 2 Dry khakras
Morning 8.00 - Folic Acid + 1 Tablet for nausea with one bisuit
Morning 9.30 - Poha / Idli or Misal Bread
Mid Morning 11.30 - 5 Almunds + 1 Walnut + handful of banana chips
Afternoon 1.00 - Three thin and small chapatis + One vegetable/ pulses + 1/2 bowl curds
Afternoon 1.30 - Iron tablet
Evening 4.30 - Vada Pav / Sev Puri / Sandwich (as I crave for spicy food)
Night 8.30 - 1 Bowl Rice with Dal or Kadhi (Sometimes I have to skip my dinner as I have horrible nausea in evenings and sometimes I throw out everything I have for for dinner)
Night 10.00 - One Mosambi
I try to take 2.5 litres water every day. wen I am in office I drink almost 3 litres per day but when I am at home I am not able to drink enough water (i.e. on Saturday/Sunday) as on holidays I get different different food smells when my mom cooks and water increase my nausea. I keep on sucking mint, saunf, vicks and Hajmola for my bitter taste in mouth. I have completely given up fizzy colas and coffee. I still have to start milk but waiting to get my nausea over. Please reply with your inputs.
