Hi Girls, I have one question. Is it safe to have menthol? I have been taking two-three vicks / Halls (usually taken during cold)since a week. This helps me to get rid of the bitter taste and relieves my nausea also. But I am not sure if menthol is safe during pregnancy. Kindly reply.

ya no problem u can take.. i too took for cold as well as the bitter taste after vommiting.. but dont take too much.. u can have some other sweet like raisins, badam etc to change the taste as well as good for heath.. tc...
