I just completed first trimester, but my problems are still the same, severe nausea and vomitings. I am not eating enough and I throw up all. I am not able to drink water or any fluid. From last 3 weeks I have stopped taking prenatal vitamins also, it was causing more problem to me. Doc has prescribed me a tablet to stop nausea and vomiting. That tablet(Zofran) is really helping me, but causing me constipation, which I never had it in my life before. I am feeling very uncomfortable. I have also lost weight. I am just waiting for a healthy time to give proper care to my baby.

I am 16 weeks. I too had severe m/s its a bit ok now still I am not normal. I used to take Zofran too it helps to prevent vomit. For constipation eat a bowl of high fiber cereal or 4-5 Whole grain fiber breads.
I think u shld take prenatals, I didnt have to stop them, atleast if we dont eat well the prenatals will take care.
I am eating 7-8 times a day little by little, try like that. I take lemon inbetween meals. I am eating whole day it takes me so long to even eat 2 rotis, but the key is to eat, I realised this way after so many weeks.
