Dear all,
i know i have been lazy in posting msg here but have been quite busy with work and household things...
heres some update from my side..
i had doc app last saturday...thats one week back and baby was in head down position..the doc did a scan and did mention baby weight to be around 2.3kg..oops..
have been feeling a lots of tightening of the uterus..and when its tight baby kicks are a bit painful..till now my baby has been too active...(s)he still finds spaces to kick here and there..
my next appt is on 21st and the doc will do a GBS test..
my hubby has been travelling and i am alone for this whole week managing work and home both..i really need my mom to be here ..and yes..she is going to be here on 23rd Oct and plans to stay for 3 months. Lets see how things go...but with all this pains and sleepless nights i too feel november to here soon soon soon....cant wait for the Dday...
havent yet done any shopping..now i have an excuse that i am waiting for mom to come and help me..lazy me...anybody in the same boat????

rekha Avi replied. LOng time no see.. glad to hear that you are doing great..and the baby sure seems to be too.. 2.3 kgs - that is around 5 pounds.. wow... :)

Glad to here that your mom will be with you soon.... you guys can do fun things before the baby is out come Nov, both of u will not have too much time for anything else but baby care.. :)

although I am ready for Nov to be here, I haven't done too much shopping either so yeah, u r not alone... :)

Good luck with your GBS test and keep us updated whenever you get a chance..

Sorry to hear that the babes kicks are hurting you. Not long to go, so hang in there. I too can't understand how the babes manages to move around in such tight space. In my last doc visit, doc said the baby has changed sides, though the head is down still. So must have turned around completely.
Good to hear baby size is looking good. Keep eating well.
Very happy to hear that your mum will be there soon, no time really, before Diwali time. So have a lovely diwali with your mum. And is a good time to do shopping too, so enjoy doing that with ur mum, though don't work too hard, don't want to get too tired before labour, need to be relaxed for that too.
Like you, even I feel that these sleepless nights should go soon and babes should be here soon. But good things come to those who wait, so this waiting has to be done, though not long, countdown has begun with us in mid October now!!
