Due to constant depression given to me by my MIL I have succumed to binge eating,I regret later but things remain the same ,I also seem to procastinate anything I decide to do.At present my situation is helpless,I cannot work bcos of my little kid who seems to be the biggest prob to my MIL,I desperately want to change but Iam not able to.I feel very weak and lonely,sometimes I feel that my legs tremble,I feel very very exhausted

Dear Avanthika,
U have trembling legs & feel tired.This shows that ur body needs nutrition.U say that u have developed the tendency of binge eating.When ever u feel like binging on something pick up a fruit like banana,apple or grapes.This wil make u strong & wont have the side effects of binge eating.If u r not in the practice of buying fruits at home start buying them & do this.It wil help u.
