I ve given my girl baby for adoption for my sister-in-law before 8 months, now i want my baby back, adoption is not legally carried out and it was thru religious ceremony. It has been decided to give adoption even before conceiving. While admitting for delivery they have given their names as father and mother and they have signed the hospital documents also. You gave them the baby knowingly. Ofcourse they do NOT want their baby to know that he has another set of parents.

Now you want to pretend you gave the baby through religeus ceramony,were you dead when the baby was taken??

Who put their names in the birth certificate did you or was it without your knowledge?

A DNA test will confirm it is your baby.

You need legal help but I am sure you will get your baby back Geeta Kumar replied. I would suggest you really think about the baby you want to get back.

Are you doing it to get back at your sis in law or are there other factors involved.
You went into this with your eyes open I am assuming and now all of a sudden want a baby that has a mother.

I appreciate you have given birth to it but you had no qualms in handing that baby over.

What is the specific reason you want your baby back??
