Hi Girls..
Hope everyone is doing fine. I am in week 18 now, but my weight gain rate is still really slow. Have gained only 4.5 lbs so far. How are you all doing? I know we tend to gain more in trimester 3 and my Doc says I'm doing fine, but I still do feel concerned. I am also not showing a lot yet.

Please share your thoughts.

Hi Vandana,
How are you? Don't worry about the weight, I am in my 22 week, but I had only gained 4 lbs upto my 20th week and now I have gained another 2 lbs. I think you will suddenly start gaining after your 20 week or so. So, don't worry and also my doc had doc me I was fine also. But I was worried like you are. Now, I have gained total of 8 lbs. It was just drastic change, but noone notices that I have gained weight, except my tummy is showing now. Yours will too, once you pass your 20th week.
So don't worry, I can understand you because I was also in the same boat few weeks back.

Hi Arshiya

Thanks for your reply.. I feel so relieved. Yes, my doc also told me that I will start gaining more after week 20. So I am just going to wait and watch :-)
I had a level 2 U/S this week, it was wonderful to see how big the baby has become. I still have some nausea and vomiting. How are you feeling these days? Hope you're doing good.
