Hi !! I am feeling so thirsty nowdays . So I am drinking lots of water then running so many times to the restroom . Is anyone experiencing this symptom ? Any suggestions ??

Hi ritu,

I feel more thirsty during the night time.So i keep a bottle next to me and then i goto sleep.I think its normal to feel thirsty as our body is doing lot of work inside.I think if we drink warm water then we will feel less thirsty.Don't worry i think its normal to feel thirsty.If you want u can call the doctor and ask them.Okay take care and have a nice day.

Hi Ritu,

This happens to me all the time...I guess we have no option to continue drinking the water our body craves, especially when you know that the water you drink contributes to keeping your amniotic fluids at optimum levels.
The aftermath of the restroom has no escaping. You also want to remember that your body will continue to need large amounts of water if you intend to breastfeed.
