HI Bina, i would suggest to avoid all sort of medication during pregnancy as it can cause some or the other side effect in the baby. You can talk to your doctor and accordingly take medication even if its ayurvedic.

Ayurvedic medicines are made up of different herbs and are considered safe but that does not mean that they have no effect on the baby's health. always consult your gynac before taking any medicine to be on the safer side.

According to what i know about ayurveda, all the medicines made are purely from herbs and plants so i think that is safe for getting a relief from pain but i think you should still get an approval from your gynecologist on this.
