Hi Maya. Electrolysis on the upper lip will take over 1 year to treat. Your hormones dictate the hair growth, and realistically your body will continue to grow new hairs as it feels like until you are elderley. Electrolysis will permanently treat your current hairs - these will not regrow. We advise clients to have weekly treatments, then fortnightly, then monthly etc as the area clears. Come back 1-2 monthly for maintenance once area is cleared to keep on top of any new hairs that may (or may not) grow. The same hairs will not regrow if treated properly by a qualified Electrologist. Hope this helps. Vee
