Hi all
Does anyone of you have swollen feet , sometimes face when i get up from sleep .. any remedies for this . My stomach has gone tremendous change expanded a lot .

Hi Preetu,

I am from Oct board and was just going thru Nov messages. Some times I do see swollen feet. My mom advised me to drik lots of water, Cucumber juice, reduce salt in the food.

You also need to keep your feet slightly elevated when you sleep or sit in chair.

Thanks i have now increased my water consumption .Now its better i was also worried if i will have BP or something , i checked it up during my last Doc appt , nothing . just relieved
