How many crocin tablets can one have in a day in case of high fever? I have heard that crocin is safe during pregnancy and does not have side effects

Crocin is safe but i think you should avoid any kind of medication as far as possible as even if it is mild it contains chemicals after all. Rely on natural methods to bring your fever down and ask your doctor about it.

Yes crocin is mild and is safe to be taken during pregnancy but too many tablets can be harmful. If you have really high fever drink luke warm water and get tested for malaria and other diseases that cause fever.
