I am glad you wrote back. I know this must appear to be big step.if you do a search on any search engine for missionaries of charity you can perhaps find something but i am not so sure how helpful it is in the context of the subject at hand-adoption. If you can bring yourself down the best thing would be to visit them, most big indian cities delhi, bombay kolkata have children home. I have seen some of these children and they are like all children beautiful and in need of couples like you. You may face one hurdle though some of these homes dont want to send their children abroad for fear of anything untoward happening to them.I am no expert on the matter, just love children and have a sensitive heart. Do write back if you need more information.

You did not mention where you were based. You may want to consider the children's home being run by mother teresa's missionaries of charity. I have visited a couple of these, they seem to be doing good work and provide good, healthy environs for children to grow.
