In pregnancy timings you need to be very careful.You have to be very care such that you have to take care of health and the baby also.I wish you to be healthy and even your baby also.

Hi Farha,
I think it might be care during pregnancy.You need to take care a lot during that time.You need to take good food which is very healthy.Go for a walk daily and must go for regular check up to the doctor and most probably need to do work.

hi, a lot of care must be taken during pregnancy. it is essential for you as well as your baby.. Exercise daily and go for a morning walk. Dont miss out on healthy foods. Try consuming as many fruits and leafy veggies as you can. this would surely help teh baby develop

and lot of fruits and vegges help you to pass your stools easily so you will not have to pressurize your stomach and less the chances of miscarriage. don't eat junk food. and have milk daily so it will help you to lactating
