Instead of wasting money on in vitro and iui i think you should directly go for surrogacy or adoption as since your wife is 40, the chances of conceiving are a lil low but don't be sad and try whatever you can.

Surrogacy acc to what i know is when a female's uterus is not capable of carrying the baby and so the sperm and egg of a couple are fuse outside and then another female goes under ivf kind of treatment and carries the baby.

At this age children must be around eleven to twelve years of age.It would be better you adopt the child instead of doing all such activities.You will give life to one child who is lacking for love of the parents.I wish you do that only.

why don't you adopt a child becasue at the age of 40 it will not be easy to give birth to the child as ourr body becomes weak. and if you adopt a child it will be great pleasure to that kid and for you too to help someone considering your baby and giving a good life to one.

Hi, we are planning for ivf via donor sperm as we have genetic history wherein my daughter is ASD and mine own brother is ADHD hence genetic counselor said there is risk of 15-20 percent of child being autistic if we use our own gamet. If male child is born the risk is higher than a girl child.
