the best way to make children eat variety of food is to blend dal/sabzi whatever we have cooked to paste and just mix it in atta and make chapatis. roll them like frenches and just put some paneer/chicken if u want between them to make look like it. kids would definately love to eat it

use vegetables like carrot, spinach, cauliflower, potatoes etc. for stuffing and prepare sand witches, parathas, cutlets or chapati rolls. These dishes will be tasty as well as it provides good nutrients.

try some cereals with a light tadka (w/o chilly) and salt as a tongue teaser, also give some french fries, try some chawal kheer ie. firni and crush dal just to make like a soup with little sprinkled salt and pepper.. it really works.
