Due Date Club November 2003:hungry at night?

Name: arshiya Hi,

Has anyone gotten up at night to eat? I usally feel very hungry at night. I have dinner at 8 or 9 and again around 12 or 1, I am hungry and again at 3, it bothers me a lot since I have to wake up twice to eat and I have to go to work next day morning. Does anyone have any ideas to avoid getting up at night? Please let me know.

try eating less quantity and increase your frequency of eating. drink some juice or milk just before you get ready to brush and go to sleep. take care.

Hungry at night

Hi Arshiya,
I'm in my 8th week now, and have morning sickness.

I have the same hunger problem. I eat dinner till around 9pm. But do feel hungry around 12, 1, 3. It varies every night.

I don't think we can do much about it, since the body is used to eating frequently during the day.

Maybe you can try snacking more frequently during the day time.
