Name: wanna b a Mother

Hi,
I have conceived & have been tested positive for pregnancy. This is my 2 month. My doctor advised me to take certain medicines for a month which are:
Inj. Susten 200 mg.
Cap. Susten 100 mg.
Cap. Faltop
Tab Dbact F
Cap Oxyflex
Syrup Pratobex.
I would like to know :
1)What is each medicine / cap. advised for?
2)Do they have any side effects?
3) What is the nutrition chart/ which food i should take on a daily basis.I' m a pure vegetarian?
4) which exercise should i do on a daily basis?
5)what things should i avoid during first three months?
6)Should i have regular intercourse?

Cap Susten is given to support the baby and make it grow properly. Generally if the woman is weak or if she had miscarriage earlier, it is given.

I am taking susten 200 mg twice a day and I am in my 10 week. I am also taking one Inj (sorry cannot remember the name right now.. ) which also was given to give baby a proper growth as my hcg levels were low earlier on. Similarly, Inj susten you are taking must be for helping your baby grow.

Apart from this cap and inj, I am taking folic acid and vitamin B tablets.

Rest of the medicines you mentioned I have no idea but you surely can ask you doc and he/she will tell you definatley.. all the best... :)

Congrats & I am not sure why ur doctor prescribed so many drugs..normally they just give prenatal or folic acid tabs....check with your doc again and ask what each one is for...

You can eat any all food except caluiflour & brocelli as they give gas...to me even eggplant gave me bad stomach ache & gas...lenthils, soups, and all kind of beans are good idea.

Don' t stress ur self with extrme excercise..just walking as metioned by Ruchi is best...but don' t walk when u feel heated or streesed ..just sit down immd and rest...

Papaya, mango, anything that generate heat in body
Well for intercourse u should consult your doctor...for some it is same but for some it may lead to danger to baby...so consult ur doctor for everything

Hello
Congratulations dear...I am also in same stage of pregnancy n pure veg only..I don' t know abt the medicines since doc gave me only folic acid tablets..Walking is the best exercise i believe..and for food eat fruits(mainly apple n orange),fresh veg, milk, curd..sufficient..n lots of water. Avoid turmeric(as it contains lot of heat), oily n fatty things.

My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. The reason why ur baby' s leg is shivering may be this. Plz contact ur doc and take necessary steps as soon as possible.... - Sahila Gupta [View Message]

Not to worry
If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
