(1)Just wanted to know whether you all bought a bath tub for the baby.If yes then which one did you buy?.If not when are you planning to buy it?.Can anyone tell me which one is the best....Thanks
(2).Planning to buy diapers and baby wipes for the baby.What brand did u guys buy?.What size to buy?.DO we have to buy only unscented diapers?.Every thing is confusing for me.So please help me out.

kals Manvi replied. I too heard Huggies/Pampers r equally good.For starters just buy 1 pk of diapers then based on baby's size buy in bulk.i know alot fo indian babies use premie size diapers.
Also the hospital provides us some when we go home.
Bath tub i haven't yet bought but ya First yrs seems good.

I bought the bath tub from Wall mart, don't remember the brand name. But that is also four stage bath system. You can use that from birth to 18 months. Regarding the diapers, I bought pampers. I heard huggies are also good. These diapers will come based on the baby weight. So, you need to check the weight and then buy accordingly. For new born babies, there will be \";N\"; symbol on the diaper pack. That will be upto 10 lbs i think. Weight is also marked on diaper packs. For the first month you can use \";N\"; new born diapers. After \";N\";, they will start with 1,2,3...etc symbols. You can check your baby's weight and buy the diapers accordingly.

I bought the tub for the baby from BabiesRUs, the product is by \";The First Years\";. It is a four stage bath system. There is another one by Safety 1st, but I did not like the headrest that came with it.
For sponging the baby, you can use your bathroom countertop. You get a product made of sponge, in the shape of a teddy bear. Place the baby on this and proceed to sponge the baby with a few washcloths. In the first week, do not use soap or immerse the baby in the tub until the umbilical stump has fallen off or the circumcision has healed.
