Have u all fixed ur car seat??How do u gals make sure that the base is fixed right..i hear 90% of ppl fix it in a wrong way...i enquired abt the safety check in a local DMV & they said they dont do it there & we shud take to the police department to check ..do u gals have any idea abt the safety check..pls lemme know if u come across anything regarding this...also which brand did u all buy?? the one i bought is Graco snugride..

Avi(from Nov board) replied. Ashra, I did do some research on the subject. You do have to take it to your local police department for the installation check..they will make sure you have installed it right, if not they will show you how to do so.YOu should call them and ask them if you need to make an appointment to do so..
