Welcome aboard. I am also pregnant with twins I am 16 weeks today. So glad to find someone with twins.

I was also bit scared initially but its been 10 weeks since I know its twins so I got used to it now. Have'nt told anyone other than my parents. I had couple of ultrasounds and everything looks great so far. I have another u/s appt on May 10. We r planning to tell the world on May 10.
I had severe m/s and jus recovered. I didnt gain a lot not even 5 pounds. But my tummy is kind of popping out since few weeks. I did lot research and have lot of books on twins. Nothing to be worried as long as we r on good rest esp the last 3 months. Its a Twin Jackpot for us, just hang in there and be safe till the due date. I will pray for you. Hoping to hear in detail from you.

Well it's wonderful to hear from you both. I came to know that I was expecting twins when I went to the doctor to confirm my pregnancy - in my 6th week, so I've had plenty of time to get used to it...My doctor did an u/s then and found 2 sacs. In fact now he says they seem to be sharing a placenta, so looks like I'll be getting identical twins. But then the doctor has also said that nothing can be confirmed till the delivery. I'm due on Oct 18, but since it's twins, it can be anytime from Sept...How about you both???

I'm staying in Singapore, and have told my parents, inlaws and a few close friends. Very excited na, cant keep it a secret. And plus with my tummy popping out already, people are bound to guess. I look more advanced than I am and that makes most people guess. I've had to start on maternity wear from 3 months onwards, none of my clothes will fit me now, except for a few salwar kurtas....

I have severe acidity, thankfully not much nausea even during the first trimester, but this acidity is real bad, esp first thing in the morning. Any ideas how to combat it????

I have my next appt on monday May 4, where I have to take the Triple Test. Feeling scared about the result, but have faith in God, so I guess everything should be allright.

I've had around 4 u/s done till now. My doc does 1 each time I go for a check up. It's amazing to see them grow. You rightly said Twin Jackpot. Initially I was scared and apprehensive, but now, would not give up this experience for the world. Lets email each other outside this room also. Congrats.
I found out mine around 6.5 weeks.
But doctor wanted to hear the h/b and give it some more time to make sure both are growing. Yes its true that one twin vanishes but other will survive but dont panic, its just a possibility. By ur next appt things shld be very clear. All the Best and feel free to ask me anything u want

Hi Congratulations,
I am actually from November board and 12 weeks pregnant.
I just wanted to ask you guys how soon did you find out you guys are having twins because I had my last appt. at 10th week and doc was suspcious that I might be having twins but not too sure. She saw two different sacs, so she said it would be more visible by my next appt. which is at 14th week. She also said sometimes pregnancy starts with two but only one survives at the end.
So, we are just waiting for our next appt to find the truth.
Also, this is my first baby and I always dreamed of having twins but now when I think of it, it scares me a little.
