I make it in a very simple way
take boneless chicken breast cut into bite size pices and marinate it with salt,chille powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,cumin powder,garammasala powder,little yougurt or lemon juice or vinger.keep it aside for sometime.
cut carrots,capsicum,into same size as to chicken pices.cut onion too and seperate its layers.
now skew everything in layers like chicen first then carrots,capsicum and onion then again chicken so itlooks colourful and cook then in your grill or oven.
try it.

1- First you have to get boneless chicken, and then in the mixture or food processor grind it.
2- put couple of eggs.. I mean if it is a 1kg boneless chicken then put 2 eggs. put in such a way that it does not become all liquidy.. it should form balls..
3-Put lots of Ginger, garlic, and green chilly paste according to your taste..make sure you put green chilly less first. Also, put corriander, lime juice and salt.
4- now mix all this things and try to put it in the sheekh.. you have to make balls, and then poke the sheekh in there, and then put it in the oven or tandoor.
5- Also, if you do not have a sheekh or oven, you can make a pattice and shallow fry in a frying pan..
6- serve with green chutney.. Yummy!!!
