If you have used Lactare or Lactonic for increasing milk supply, can you please let me know your experience?
Did it increase your milk supply? By how much?
Were you exclusively BF or exclusively pumping or both?
Did your OB Gyn recommend it?
Did you have any side effects?
Did baby have any side effects?

Hi Lakshmi, i have no idea actually however its good if you can have a check done from your doctor who can help you in getting the best solution for milk generating dont do any experiment by yourself. Hardika replied. Has your gynac recommend lactare or lactonic to you? If yes then you should not worry as he or she will not recommend anything that will harm your baby or you and if your gynac has not recommended it then ask him or her about it. NN replied. Artificial things are not good for the baby and you never know if the meds have any effect on the milk or not soo i think you should not do anything without asking your doctor and make sure you clear out all your questions. By using such medicines it doesn't effect the health of the baby and had you used it and what was the result does doctors recommend such medicines to the patients and what was the profit by using it. riya replied. Lactare has satavari which is good for new moms riya replied. I am taking lactare capsules daily. It's so useful for increasing breast milk. It's totally ayurvadic. So it has no side effects.
