I am a dance teacher. I practice Ashtanga yoga so that my body becomes more flexible. It helps me to do various dance steps easily. I take help of Ashtanga yoga teacher. I also suggest my students to follow Ashtanga yoga so that they can perform difficult dance steps with ease. I have learned that many good dancers and actors practice yoga to make their performance. Even it helps build your stamina to perform your work. It is the best form of yoga that one can practice. I have experienced its benefits. I think that each and every individual should give importance to Yoga practice in their life. it is a best thing that you can do to your self
