Hi girls,
Hope you all are doing well.
I have a ques. for the ones living in US. Do you guys know of any agency who provides household live in helps.
I have a 1 yr old daughter who goes to the day care and I am expecting my 2nd baby in Oct....I am looking for a live in help (preferably Indian) who can stay home and look after baby #2 and do household work. I like in Stamford, CT. I have heard from several ppl that you can get this kind of help/nanny in New Jersy area. Does anyone know or has some leads on how to get this info?

Hi Rachna,

I used to live in Branford, CT until last year and this is what I had out there. There was a Mexican couple who came to my place and cleaned my house, they were real efficient.
Now I live in Charlotte, NC and I have a contract with Merry Maids...they are absolutely wonderful, they come to your house as often as you want and clean it. For my place, presently they come every week and when they leave it is spotless.
Out here, maid service and nanny service is not typically combined. There are several nanny services in the yellow pages, you should check it out and their references too.
