Hello,
Am in my 32nd week and when i had gone for my checkup , my weight instead of increasing has decreased, had gone after a month for the checkup , i do eat regularly and don’t skip any meals, i wonder why there was no weight increase , am worried about the same , dr has told me to take rest and also eat at regular intervals.
Secondly am facing this problem wherein when i getup in the morning with a running nose and when i clean it , i start sneezing, if i touch my nose i start sneezing again and it goes on. This is not cold , guess its some allergy and it has started during my pregnancy. Is anyone facing such a problem and what can be the remedy for it and when am sneezing is baby getting affected by this ?

According to my doc Mucous membrances inside the nose and sinuses often swell up during pregnency, on account of crtain horomones that also soften up the vagina and the mouth of the womb, in preparation for birth.so its common if you feel like cold, nothing to worry. you can do one thing is start your day with little hot water( this may not completely help you to get rid of cold.) I dnt hav this problm but my problm is acne. my skin especially face become very oily and im having lot of pimples on my face, my neck become black... but these are all common in preg na..

I am not very much aware about the weight decrease, take rest and eat healthy food.
