i am 30 year old, working lady , mother of two kids, my complexion become darker day by day, looks so dull,pale and dry, all glow of my face has gone . my diet is proper as a normal, , i am doing brisk walking everyday, near abt 20 minutes,taking water(8 glass).using lakme sunscreen loting every day before going outside and always cover my face with scarf, just to avoid ultra violet rays from sun, please give some home remedy so that i can retreive or regain my glowing and clear fair skin as earlier.

hmmm..well dark 's ok but y its getting pale??u r using water sunscreen.it can b for hot wather.i 'm worry about for pale.take a blood test just for satisfication.nothing to worry.and change ur sunscreen lotion.use some else.use veggies in ur diet.keep drinking water.also use milk plz.ur skin 'll b smooth .use lemon for an hour daily for fair complextion.and reduce stress if any.r u fat lady.if not then stop walking for some days.maximum 15 days stop it.and relax ur self.u r already working lady.use face washes instead of soap yess stop using soap.use bleachin face once in a month .use jolen USa bleach.and Moistrize ur skin plzz.cleansind daily before u going to bed.use cleansing milk for cleaning.take care of ur self

hi neha,

first thanks for your reply , as u r confused , i am not fat, just to take me fit and active i am doing brisk walking, , my blood test is normal,but my homoglobin is down, but its since my birth, my homoglobin is always low, when ever i tested. but earlier my complextion was very fair and clear but now looks so dull, and darker, please give any suggestion to increase my face glow and clear complexion, but try to suggest home remedy , like any face pack for glowing skin .once again i really thanks for your concern.
