Hi guys,

Did your hunger go up in 2nd trimester? Do you feel very very hungry? For me I' m not hungry most of the times. I have to force myself to eat and after eating a little, I' m bored to eat. When I am not hungry and still eat, I feel indigestion. It is too annoying. I don' t want to leave my stomach empty so I just eat on time. Also I am not getting any interest in any food, I guess my tongue has lost taste. Because of no hunger I don' t feel like cooking too... This is strange in 2nd trimester. Is anybody feeling the same? Do you have any suggestions for me?

My intake has increased, not any cravings though. As Aparna said try home made Orange juice. May be binge on some chats(if you like) to give some spice to your taste buds. Just try eating in small quantity for every 2-3 hrs.

I am feeling hungry and have cravings. But mostly sour/spicy foods (not sweets). I am feeling sleepy by evening. Very sleepy as in first trimester but may be b' coz I am getting tired at work.

Why don' t you try some sour foods and also heard that fresh orange juice (make it at home) helps to bring your taste buds back. Hope you get your cravings :)
