I did my IVF with him in April 2013 with Dr. Ameet Patki at Fertility Associates, Khar.

This post is to share my experience as compared to other friends of mine who went for IVF.

I liked the fact that Dr. Patki himself saw me personally during each visit and monitored my dosage for injections and medicines as compared to assistants in other IVF center where the senior doctor comes only for ET. At other IVF centre, my friend’s dosage went so unmonitored that she suffered from OHSS and had to cancel the IVF for that cycle and go for Frozen ET. She could barely walk and this had scared me a lot.

However by Gods grace and good monitoring, I haven’t taken a single day off from my work.

Further I didn’t have to do millions of blood tests and the cost of IVF was reasonable as compared to what my friend paid. I like to do my blood tests at Suburban diagnositics, who cost the same as any other centre, are located around the town and delivers reports directly to doctors if requested. This saved my time in going back to the centre to collect the report and take it to the doctor. The doctor gave me the reports when I went for my visit.
Success rate - 100 for me as I got positive with my first IVF with Dr. Ameet Patki.
