hi nicky,

After completion of the 7th month weight will icrease very rapidly. My sis told me to dnt put on heavy weight it may become problem in delivery.
What I am doing is, Im not going to eat any junk food, oily n spicy food. I eat only fruits, dry fruits,veg salads etc. I drink hot water when I eat ghee or any heavy foods.
Its my 32nd week running and I gain 13kgs!!! Nothing to worry.
I felt the same like you but jichi(sep board mummy) cleared al my doubts.
