How long should I breastfeed my baby? My baby is now 10 months old. Should I continue breastfeeding? Will weaning be difficult if I continue to breastfeed? I have also heard that long term breast feeding is not good for mother’s health? Is it true?

Hi. Previously I had a doubt on having my wife's breast milk.But later I realized that there would be a great feel while I will be having my wife's milk.Now I taste my wife;s milk daily and she is also feeling well while I sucking her breasts and having her milk.By doing so, you can stop your long term breastfeeding

Doctors’ advice to breastfeed babies up to six months. Long term breastfeeding is not a good idea as the baby starts having solids after the age of six months. You can breastfeed up to 1 year, if you wish. The baby also gets required nutrients from other foods. Long term breastfeeding may cause health problems in the mother.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
