Dear Sita,
It would help more if you tell how many weeks you are pregnant!

If in first trimester it's common to feel breathless or increase in heart rate, your body is pumping more blood flow and this is beginning of all.

If in third trimester, then you need to watch your Blood pressure, increase in blood pressure needs to be controlled on time. Are you having some swellings in legs and hand also.

Try to relax and take life easily. Drink plenty of liquids, preferably water and do not stress over a lot. Take time to relax your body and stretch legs and hand at work from your schedule, that will give some relaxation to your body as well.

take care
Archie

Dear Sita,
Prenatals are essential at this stage, particularly Folic Acid and Iron, some magnesium is good too.
If the prenatals are prescribed by your Dr. then it's fine otherwise give a call to your Dr. and ask for at least Folic acid prescription even before making an appointment.

Good luck
Archie
