Hi,

I agree with Natasha, walking is the best form of exercise. As for the prenatal exercises, I feel, you have to attend atleast one class to know what they are all about.
But yes, practice taking deep breaths. If you know Pranayama, the better it is for you and your baby.
During this period, we need 20% more oxygen than normal human beings.
Even I go for walks early in the morning, and sometimes in the evening.

Take care.

Hi,
I think walking is the best exercise too, how much time do you do walking.I do about 40 mins and that too early in the morning at around 5.30 because I am working and I feel that by sitting in the office the whole day I am not giving any fresh air to my babay , so I make sure that I catch up with my early morning walks so as to provide my baby with enough oxygen and nature.
A walk after the dinner is also very beneficial to avoid gastric problems during this time.
But do not over exert urself ,Take care.
Bye,
Natasha
