Hi Avi. Thx for ur wishes. I am still struggling with the cold but back to work and glad I am able to sit up and chat to you guys again. Missed you all tons.
Despite the illness had a hectic weekend, so much to sort out before the little one arrives.
Have been having lower abdomen pain since last night, hope it is fatigue and nothing else!
You suggested u had loads of girl names in mind, pls tell me ur favourites. At least it will help me short list girl names. For now the stock is completely empty. And any suggestions I make, hubby dearest asks mil and she objects. I told him that we should wait until we r really sure and that we ought to keep the name anyways. So let's hope we agree on the two names before the baby is here. Don't want to waste any time, as soon as the baby is born, we should register the baby with that name instantly. Family will learn to like it. I'm sure that is the right way.
Btw, how are u finding things staying home...putting ur feet up? Hope you are enjoying taking it easy, v.imp to keep ur energy levels up. I still have a mth to go before I take time off but hopeful I will get some rest before babes decides to come in to the world.
Hope to stay in touch regularly now.
Simmi

Hey Simmi, glad to hear from you... WAs wondering if you were alright cause I didn't get to hear from you after you said that you were sick....
Good to hear that you are feeling better....
I hope the stomach ache has reduced too, it must be all the work you've been doing around the house....
mum's need rest too, so do rest up.. :)

I think we will be better off letting the family know after picking a name, like you said, cause it causes nothing but frustration when we really like a name and they just seem to push it aside without any concern (in my case atleast)... I was running the name Arin by my mom and she says, it sounds like the metal Iron... I didn't know whether to laugh at her or yell.. Arin & Iron.. beats me :)

Girls names, I like the short ones and some not too short ones too.. Ria, Sia, Neesha (Nisha), Ira, Nina, Reva, Anushka, Prerna, An(n)ika, Nidhi, Mahika, Nitika.... I love your name too - Smriti...

I've been doing ok at home so far.... I've been chatting with Vindhya a lot (since you guys are sleeping while I am wide awake)...:), watching tv (discovery channel - deliveries) and eating and thinking about what to eat and nothing much else.. :) I am kinda enjoying being a bum and we'll see if I still feel the same in a couple more days...

A month will go by pretty soon and then you wont have too much time left before your boy/girl decides say Hi in-person to his mommy and daddy... So get lots of rest now whenver you get a chance...

You take care...

Love
-Avi

Hi Avi. Thx for ur wishes.
I am thinking of asking doc tmw, when I have my blood tests regarding seeing a chirotpractic, someone at work said that they r gentle so ideal for pregnancy. I may have to do it through private health care but if I can get that treatment, I would prefer it than waiting for hydrotherapy, which is fully booked for the next two mths!! So doubt I would get many sessions, since I am pressed with time! Hope for the best.
Glad to know ur pain has subsided since u r resting at home. I was sorting things out yet again yesterday evening, so not much luck with rest yet. I do have to sit all day at work but hubby drives me back home, so I put my feet up in the car, though dodgy sitting without a seat belt but I get some rest on the way home then.
Hey, pls tell me the meaning of Mahika if known? Thx.
I am sorry, I haven't had a chance to check my account for ur invite, I can't access yahoo at work. So have to do it at home and haven't had a chance to check it out. But will do soon and if u would send me an invite nearer the weekend, I have more luck of setting it all up. Thx again.
My tum has started itching more than before lately. Maybe the cold weather is getting it drier. Using oil regularly though not religiously, have to be more prompt!!
Take care.

Simmi, I've tried evrything my doc suggested to try and relieve my pelvic pain and also went and saw a physical therapist but nothing helped... Hope you have better luck with it...
One thing that has given me more than a wee bit of relief is resting at home... After I finished school and started working from home on thursday and fridays, my pain went down to almost 40% of what it used to be...

Sitting for long hours (like you probably do) also used to make me very uncomfortable..
I am sure the physical therapist will suggest some pelvic exercises and some of them can be done on the exercise ball... the exercise ball does provide quite a relief...
I hope you get the hydrotherapy trmt too...

Ya know what, 5 more weeks or less, so just hang in there.....

Keep us updated with any progress...

ps: I like Mahika too, if I were having twin girls I would probably have named them Mahika and Mallika :)

I sent you an invitation for you to join the group.... it must have expired...let me know if it did and I will send it to you again...
I will have the pic with the bump uploaded onto our group page soon... :) you do too...

Hi Avi. Thx for ur wishes. The names list is very useful. Let's see if hubby dear likes any particular one, I sure like Mahika a lot. Thx for the compliment for my name, though it is such an effort for any gora to get it right here, hence Simmi is what goes!!
Is ur name Avi or short name for something else? I like the sound of Avi too!
Btw, I have a pysio appointment for my groin pain next Monday, better late than never. Though I am not due to get pysio therapy, it is hydro therapy I am supposed to get. Doesn't look promising I will get many sessions before delivery. Thinking of asking doc for some other form of treatment instead. Let's see what she says. Trying to exercise the pelvic muscles, though the pain is not reducing at all. Do u know of any other treatment, just wondered? Thx. Feel lot better after sharing my frustration with the group.
I am so glad I found u guys well in time, I don't know how I would have coped in isolation, with just doctors and midwives!!
I have been watching discovery health too, and babes in the wood, deliveries etc had kept me well occupied when I was on bed recovering from the flu.
I hope the water birth is as pain less as one of the patient make it seem. I would like to try that. Have u thought about it?
When can we see ur latest pic? I will be checking the group page soon.
Take care.

Diaper Service Provider,Bangalore
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Diaper Service Provider in Bangalore? They generally provide cloth diapers and replace them with a new set every 2-3 days.

Thanks in advance
