Hi,

I'm not new to this board but i visited very rarely.Hope somebody remembers me.
My son Tanish is doing good,trying to crawl, anyhow moving on his tummy from many days.

I had a problem in BF as i'm getting very less milk.Tanish is refusing to latch on,so expressing milk (just abt 1 oz)n giving him with cereal.My milk flow was very good till 4 months, then suddenly decreased,don't no the reason. It'll be gr8ful if somebody helps me in this matter.

Regarding BF..I am still BF my Baby....inbetween sometimes i feel that the supply is not enough then I increase my milk intake and have dalia for the breakfast...these 2 things really help me.My mother also told me to have 'tadka with lots of jeera' in my dal or whatever i eat for increasing the milk supply.
