I am going through some issues lately. I am feeling so depressed and cry so many times. In this time I cut myself then I feel okay. Something is wrong with me. Why do i feel this way. Please give me an advise on how to stop doing this...

Sweetie, by hurting yourself you r only torturing yourself. Y do that? Feeling depressed, go out, meet friends, forget about your problems. I left a troublsome marriage after 7 years. It took a lot of courage and confidence to do that and you need that to survive in this terrible world. Please stop hurting or blaming yourself, be proud of what you are, never I mean never let others bully you. You are strong ok. Be confident.
