Last week i went to Doc with all the test, Doc said that all the test are ok but i dont ovulate, some hormonal problem. She have asked me to come on the 1st or 2nd day of my next period, she will give me some medicine for that.

My question is, is anyone aware about what is the medicine? wht is the treatment? if the medine is for hormonal changes, development for ovulation is there any side-effects? I m worried pls. help and does this medicne work? if not wht is the next treatment they give? mm replied. I got the medi. from delhi as my parents live there but my self i am in Scotland. Just by chance my SIL was in India so they gave medi. to her. and when they went to get medi. they only said to the ved there that our daughter is trying for baby for over 7 years and after all the medical check up she has been told that she is not producing eggs and the ved was good enough to offer the treament. he did ask my parents that he want to see me but they told him this is not possible as i am not indian resident n was not even planning to visit to India as i was waiting for my 2nd round of IVF. but see the month i was suppose to start my 2nd round of ivf n was waiting for my periods to start but that never happend cos i was expecting. so good luck to u, stay positive dont let negitive thought come to u. n keep me informed if there is any thing u want to ask i will be happy to answer. HOPE U DON' T MIND WRITTING THIS WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT I AM NOT OVULATEING I WAS ALSO GIVING CLOMID AND I DID GET PREG. ON MY LAST COURSE WITH TWINS BUT BAD LUCK FOR ME I LOST BOTH OF THEM IN 20 DAYS TIME AS I MCC ONE N WHEN THEY DID MY BLODD TEST THEY FOUND THAT I AM STILL PREGNANT BUT THAT TURN OUT AS ECOTOPIC PREG. AFTER THAT I WENT FOR IVF, NOT PRODUCE ENOUGH EGGS SO THEY DID INSEMINATION AS FOR IVF THEY NEED 5 EGGS N I ONLY PRODUCE 3,BUT AGIAN LUCK WAS NOT WITH ME. I WAS BIT OVER WEIGHT AND ALL THIS UPS AND DOWNS AND ALL THE STREES I WAS GOING THROUGH MAKE ME LOSE 15 KG OF MY WEIGHT. AND BY THAT TIME MY ANOTHER IVF ROUNDS TURN WAS ALSO APPROCHING, BUT MY MUM HAS SEEN MY CONDITIONS AND GOT BABA RAMDEVS AYURVEDIC MEDI TO OVULATE ,MEDI WAS 3 MONTHS COURSE N GUESS WHAT I FINISHED MY MEDI. FULL COURSE IN MARCH LAST YEAR AND IN APRIL I WAS PREGNANET AND GAVE BIRHT TO A HEALTHY BABY BOY THIS JAN. I HAVE JUST GAVE U A SUGGESTION REST UP TO U WHAT U THINK IS BEST FOR U

well, it didnt work for me BUT it has worked for many of my friends n now they have healthy beautiful babies!!
i had taken clomid only for 2 mnths.
but let me tell you, clomid is a very commonly used fertility drug and its very helpful to women who have ovulation problem. plz do not worry. go ahead n do as your gynac says.

if you are not ovulating then your doc will give you a fertility drud called clomid which is to be taken 3 days after your period starts. clomid is known to induce ovulation. its a very common drug used when women are not ovulating on their own. Mostly clomid is recommended for 6 cycles n if pregnancy does not occur your doctor might look into another treatment for you.
The drug does not have any major side effects. you may have headaches or hot flashes at times but again it depends from person to person. i myself didnt have any side effects when i was taking clomid. you should check it out with your doctor.
