Hi jayashree and ramya,

How is Tanvi & Ritvik doing?? Ritika is doing great. Started crawling.. so needs constant attention when she is alone. My inlaws left back today. Dont know how its gonna be from tomorrow.

I have been giving gerber stage 1 veges and fruits to ritika. She seems to be liking it. Fruits she enjoys, but needs entertainment while eating veges. She doesnt seem to like cereals. I tried rice as well as oatmeal. In her 6th month visit, her doc asked me to start juices and stage 2 foods. Planning to give from next week. Lets see how that goes.

How are Tanvi & Ritvik with solids?? Hope they dont need entertainment while eating. What are they upto nowadays?? I am sure they 2 must be keeping you gals busy.

How is Tanvi doing.I started with Carrot 2 days back.Slowly he is taking.Planning to give him Beans today.Other than that i havent started with fruits yet.Will start next week.How abt u.Which veggie u have started.

Hey Gals

Hey RV & Jay ,

Nice to hear from you.Nice yaar ritika started crawling.Ritvik likes someone carrying him.He too moves on his stomach,few steps he tries to crawl.Oh gosh everyday i take him out whenever he sees my friends he starts crying.When i live him down.

Jay i made Carrot Puree at home.I havent started with Fruits yet.
Hey gals i bought "Super Baby Food" by Ruth yaren from Lib ,its very useful.

I wanted to ask u gals can we form a group in Yahoo so that we can share Informations Safely.What u guys say?

Nice to hear both ritvik and ritika seem to like solids. Tanvi's 6mth visit is only on this Friday. So Iam going to ask her doc at that time and start solids only after that. Till then, it is still ragi cereal and oatmeal cereal for her...she seems to like both of those very much, though...now-a-days she prefers that to milk. Hope that doesn't get worse after starting other solids:-)
And yes, she does keep me totally busy...she is so mobile now....crawling all over on her belly...pulling stuff that's within her reach....I have to be on constant watch like rv said.
Ramya, did you make carrot puree at home or did you buy gerber???

Have any of you pierced your baby´ s ears?

Have any of you pierced your baby' s ears? Where did you get it done? Were you able to change the earrings after the piercing and put on indian ear rings? My pediatrician does not do it, and she suggested that i take tanvi to the mall. Pls share your experiences at the mall if you' ve had any.
