Hi All,

How are all the babies and Moms doing? The work was little hectic , so I cudn't post anything on the site.

Neha has completed 7 months on 17th.. She is crawling and also standing with support..Also laughing a lot.. WHen we go for walk, she will be laughing at all the kids especially.. If they dont look, she will make some noise and make sure that they also look at her..Its really fun watching that..

Foodwise, I am giving her rice, dal, idlis, veggies,etc..I also give her banana powder+Raagi+ Sooji wheat powder.I mix these and boil in water and add little karippetti -- another form of jaggery(I donno the english name for the same), to it. She seems to like it a lot.

Sleepwise, she gets up once during the night and rest of the time have a good night's sleep..Not much issues on the same.

my Mom-in-Law and Sis-in-Law are there to take care of her, its a big releif when i go for work..especially SIL is having her college vacation so she is always there to take care/be with her..

In between from work, I go 2 times home(office is 5 min walk from home. ALso myslef and my hubby works in the same office:-)).. And as soon as she sees me, she calls me amma and jump towards me..Amma abba these words she uses frequently.. Again, when my SIL( she is a good singer) sings to her , she makes some humming noise.. Its nice to watch the same:-)

Aparnaa , Are you in Chennai now? If so, did Shashank got adjusted to the Chennai climate.. I think it will be difficult for him since its very hot here..

nice to read neha's updates..she is doing very good.
She is crawling already...yash will complete 7 months in few days..but no way near to crawling ..but definately his rolling over here and there have become intense..i bet he will can reach the same place by rolling the way he can crawling ha ha ha...
you are lucky sleepwise...hmm here it has become tough again...
i know having family helps....my in-laws are here right now..but will be leaving in july..so little worried about that....they are always a help.

ok..then..try to be touch more often as you find time...

It was nice to read neha's update . I too give my 8 month old banana powder , raagi but i give it seperate. Do u mix them all and give ?? And can u give me proper recipe..? should we add rava(sooji) as it is ?..
And one more thing can we heat formula when we cook the same.
My son Aditya is a big fussy eater and drives me crazy . He is very active and calls me amma too and funny thing is he too says abba :)( we tease saying he calls his father \";abba\"; )..He is a fast crawler, stands by support and has started cruising too .

So she is crawling and standing without a support. Active girl. Good that you have MIL and SIl are around. I have a sweet SIL back home and she was huge help when I was there for a month.
Raghav IS crawling too and he is trying to get up from sitting position but holding a table. He follows you and tries to climb steps (we have steps between Living room and dining room). I put him on Tradition Swing for day time nap and he knows how to come out; very risky...It is getting harder to keep an eye on him.
I wish I would have my work place closer. I have little more than hour commute each way. I have my parents with me so it is a big relief. Life has been so busy. I have Raghav's photos; I will post soon.
How do you give her Idlis? Becasue Raghav does not eat anything if it is not purred.

Its good to have some help... on that note could i have your MIL and SIL over here?? Just kidding.... Were do oyu stay in chennai would love to meet neha when we visit there.. Dheeksha is sitting well now.. She does not eat solids that well she likes to play rather than eat.. keep us updated whenever you have time
