Hai friends,
Does any one know when to start the keasr in milk.
I heard it is some where in 5th month.what are the advantages ofit.

Hey ive heard that kesar is too warm & in my last pregnancy my mom too told me not to take it before 7th month. Acutlly in our culture, the sister in law gives kesar to her bhabhi on the time of baby shower i.e 7th month & thats what my mom told me that she use to have it evrday......& may be thats the reason we all sisters have good skin...... But i guess it is also the genes.Anyways, i wud have kesar only afet 7th month this time. Infact Oilseeds, Til-chikkki or any item of till is also very harmful to the fetus & also papaya......

hi mahak
the advantages of kesar milk which i know r that the babys skin is very fair and flawless.
Also besides that it gives a lot of stamina to the mother.Acually its never to late to start it.
