Name: Jayashree Tanvi felt hot to the touch today and when I checked her temp it was 98.7. Is this higher than normal? What is the normal temp range?
Pls do reply 'coz Iam worried. She's also been very clingy for the last two days....and fussy....she's not at all like that usually.

Hi jayashree, sorry took time to reply to your post. 98.7 is normal dear. There is nothing to worry. If you feel she seems hot than normal... call her ped.

Hey Jay,

dont worry.98.7 is normal Temp.For ritvik also some times he had 99.4 like that too.If u have a doubt i would say give a call 2 ur PED.

Have any of you pierced your baby´ s ears?

Have any of you pierced your baby' s ears? Where did you get it done? Were you able to change the earrings after the piercing and put on indian ear rings? My pediatrician does not do it, and she suggested that i take tanvi to the mall. Pls share your experiences at the mall if you' ve had any.

My daughter was 5 months old when we decided to get her ear pierced. The non medical ear piercing options are painful and unsafe with possibilities of hepatitis, viruses and even HIV and I can never recommend it.
