I do get BH contraction 3 to 4 times a day. Some days just one or none. When I get these, my tummy becomes very tight and feel very uncomfortable. I don't get cramps though. Heard that drinking water, or walking slowly or changing position or lying down and relaxing when you are getting BH contractions will help. My doc said, it is a common thing. Don't worry. But we need to keep a count of them and let doctor know. Also we need to call doc immediately if we get more than 4 per hour and or accompained by back or abdominal pain.
